Critical Step: Ensure that all cameras are displaying properly on your NVR monitor screen before setting up the app.

- Tap “Continue to App” if an advertisement appears while opening the app.
- Do not engage with any “Premium” or “Cloud Storage” offers. They are not required for this setup.

- Check the NVR Network Connection on
First, verify your NVR system is connected to the internet.- On your NVR main screen (New Blue background UI), go to: System Setup > Network > Connect to Router
- On the NVR main Screen (Old Black background UI), go to: System Setup > Network Tab
- Confirm the Network Status shows “Healthy Network” in green text.
குறிப்பு: If it is not green, please resolve the internet connection (Ethernet cable) before proceeding.

- Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

- Verify the developer is listed as “Eseecloud Technology Inc”.

- Register an account using your email or phone number.
- Create a password and verify it using the code sent to your device.
- Add the NVR to the App
- Open the Eseecloud app (blue icon).
- Tap the “+” icon at the top right corner.
- Select the following option based on your device:
- Android: Select “Add by Cloud ID” or “Add set”.
- iOS (iPhone): Select “Add Kit”.
- Note: Do NOT use “Scan” or “Search LAN”.
- Enter your 10-digit Cloud ID.
- Location: Found on the bottom right of the NVR main screen or under System Setup > Account/App (New Blue background UI)., System Setup > Network Tab (Old Black background UI)
- Enter your NVR credentials:

- Password: (Enter the password you created for the NVR system)
- Tap Complete/Add.
