The truMedic PL-009 is an electronic pulse unit designed for effective pain management. Utilizing Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), it stimulates muscles and nerves, improving joint mobility and alleviating muscle stiffness, soreness, aches, and pains. This portable and lightweight device offers a convenient solution for electrotherapy pain management.

The unit features preset massage programs tailored for different muscle groups, allowing for customized treatment. Users can adjust speed and intensity, and choose between 'Massage,' 'Beat,' or 'Knead' settings to control the rhythm and sensation of their therapy session. Its compact design makes it ideal for on-the-go use.

1. பேட்டரிகளை நிறுவவும்: Carefully install the included 4 AAA batteries into the unit. Ensure correct polarity.
2. Connect Lead Wires: With the unit turned off, plug one lead wire into one of the output ports on the top of the unit.
3. Attach Electrode Pads: Attach the lead wire to the included reusable self-stick electrode pads.
4. Apply Pads to Skin: Carefully peel the electrodes from their storage card and place the pads on clean, dry skin on either side of the painful area.

1. பவர் ஆன்: Turn the thumbwheel directly below the lead wire to '1' to power on the unit. Verify that the letter 'P' appears on the screen, indicating power.

6. Repeat Feature: The 'Repeat' button allows the unit to stay on the current program without cycling through to the next program in a preset sequence.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your truMedic PL-009 unit:

• Keep the unit and electrode pads clean and dry. Wipe the unit with a soft, damp தேவையான துணி.

• Replace electrode pads when they lose their stickiness or become worn.
