The Ideal Standard Melange A4272AA mixer is designed for external wall mounting. Ensure you have the necessary tools (e.g., adjustable wrench, PTFE tape, spirit level) before proceeding.

- Attach Mixer Body: Place the gaskets onto the S-connections. Carefully align the mixer body with the S-connections and tighten the nuts. Use an adjustable wrench, but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the chrome finish or connections.
- Connect Shower Hose: Attach the flexible shower hose to the outlet on the underside of the mixer. Connect the other end of the hose to the 4-function shower head.
- Install Wall Elbow: Secure the wall elbow for the shower hose to the wall at a convenient height.

The Melange A4272AA features a single lever for controlling water flow and temperature, and a diverter for switching between bath filler and shower functions.
