If Sherpa® determines a new product to be an appropriate replacement, it will be made with a similar product of equal or greater value. The aforementioned Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered and Sherpa® disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied (including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose). Additionally, Sherpa® disclaims any and all liability for consequential damages resulting from the use or ownership of this product.
