• How do I fill my Aquafire water vapor fireplace?

  You can fill your fireplace manually using the integrated pump by connecting the fill tube and pressing the fill button, or by permanently direct-plumbing it to a 1/4" cold water line for automatic refilling.

• Why is my Aquafire remote control not working?

  First, check if the CR-2032 lithium battery is completely dead. If battery replacement does not solve the issue, re-sync the remote by pressing and holding the power button on the fireplace until it flashes, then press any button on the remote to pair them.

• Can I use reverse osmosis water in my Aquafire fireplace?

  No, reverse osmosis water is not recommended as it removes all minerals, which will greatly diminish the vapor flame effect. Moderately hard water (3.5 to 8.5 Grains Per Gallon) is ideal.

• How do I drain the water from my Aquafire insert?

  To drain the device, place a water bucket under the bottom of the device, remove the drain plug located on the bottom of the fireplace unit, and allow the water to completely drain out until empty.

• What does it mean if the power supply indicator light is red?

  A red light indicates that your power supply has been damaged somehow. You will need to contact Aquafire customer support for assistance and to request a replacement.
