    Place the light in direct sunlight with the solar panel facing up. It typically takes 7-16 hours for a full charge depending on the model and sunlight intensity. Direct sunlight is required; indoor lighting is not sufficient.

  • Do MPOWERD products require batteries?

    No. All MPOWERD products are solar-powered and have built-in rechargeable batteries, so no external batteries are needed.

  • Is my Luci light waterproof?

    Yes, Luci lights are durable and waterproof. They can withstand rain, but it is not recommended to leave them in strong storms for extended periods or submerge them in water.

  • How long does the battery hold a charge in storage?

    If fully charged and not in use, MPOWERD lights can retain their charge for up to 3 years, losing only about 3% battery per month. It is recommended to top off the charge every 6 months.

  • Can I charge my MPOWERD light via USB?
