Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, open the ToWell app, click the '+' add button, find your device in the search results, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Check your router network and verify the camera has power. Unplug the camera, restart it, or hold the Reset button for 5-10 seconds to restore factory settings, then re-add the device in the app.
The camera supports local TF card storage (up to 256 GB depending on the model) which records in a loop, and optional cloud storage services that can be purchased within the app.
