    A continuous green light means the device is powered on. A continuous blue light indicates Bluetooth is connected. A flashing blue light means data communication is in progress. A continuous red light signals that a firmware upgrade was successful or failed.

  • Which smartphones are compatible with the ThinkDiag App?

    The ThinkDiag App supports smartphones running Android 5.0 and above, or iOS 9.0 and above. It is not compatible with Windows PCs.

  • Does the ThinkDiag device require firmware upgrades?

    Yes. When connected via Bluetooth, the app automatically checks for the latest firmware version and will perform an upgrade if necessary.

  • How do I activate my ThinkDiag device?

    After registering an account in the ThinkDiag App, use the Serial Number and 8-digit Activation Code provided in your package to activate the device.
